Business Fundamentals & Your Messaging
During these modules we prepare solid foundations for your business to grow and develop. We will deep dive into defining your niche, we will get market confirmation, create positioning statements and formulate your mission and vision statements.These modules will help immensely with getting clarity around your messaging.
Your First Signature Product/Service
During these modules we set up the machine for your business. We prepare your first offer/ blueprint, we validate your offer and prepare for speaking to prospects about it.This is also where most clients start selling their first Beta Services.
Your Virtual Presence
We make sure all your virtual presence tools are set up. This includes your social media presence, a first freebie, choosing a website platform or improving what we already have. We start drafting first signature posts and create content for your virtual presence, which you can use on your social media channels, on your website or through other advertisement channels. We will also work on your branding and design, structure everything so it is easily accessible to you and create a logo, if you don’t have one yet.
A Mindset to Sell
In order to have a running business, we must constantly work on our mindset as a sales person. During these modules we will go through how we move from market research to potential clients, how we conduct successful sales calls and how we go from being a sales worrier to a sales warrior!
Forming Healthy Foundations
Because running a business can easily feel overwhelming, we will continue working on our mindset at this point. We will build routines on how to avoid the stress spiral and how to take care of our selves on all levels - body, mind & soul.
Business Planning & Money Mindset
A business plan may be needed sooner or later during your business development. It is especially important for you to have clarity around your goals and the steps to take to achieve what you have set out for yourself to make your business sustainable and profitable. During these modules we draft a business plan, speak about money consciousness and the building blocks of wealth.
Necessities & Administration
These modules may be the boring part, but are very important for the successful development of your business. We will understand the legal requirements we need to fulfil, we will set up a payment system (if not done before) and start tracking other administrative tasks in our business.
Marketing Strategy
Now it’s getting really exciting! Now we want to build a machine for your business, we want to get pros in content marketing, we will develop a marketing strategy that is unique to your business and we will start being visible!A high focus will be given to relationship marketing as this is one of the best working strategic marketing for online business owners.
Sales Strategy
Making it all happen! In these modules we get your business ready to scale and to be successful in the long-run. We make sure that you have automations in place that allow you to sit back while your systems work for you (well, you will still have to work, but less and less with time). You will open up time for new developments and you will understand how digital sales are one of the most important parts to take of in your business.

Do you have a refund policy?
Whilst we are sure you will be satisfied with our services, if you join and feel it is not the right fit for you, then simply let us know within fourteen days of joining and we will gladly refund you the full amount.
How long will it take until I get my first clients
It is up to every student to decide how much time, commitment and consistent action is put into the programme. There have been students who get there first clients (and a return of their investment) just one month into the programme, while others have taken up to three months. However, if you follow the programme, take consistent action and trust in the process, you will see results sooner rather than later.
How many hours do I need to commit?
As we grant you lifetime access to the programme and its contents, you have the opportunity to decide on your own how fast you want to move through the programme. We are aware that everyone has different schedules and we want to exclude no one. So even if you are still in a full-time job, and you can only carve out some hours per week, you will see successes if you stay committed, and in alignment with your schedule and your personal energy levels.
How are the 1:1 sessions scheduled?
You will get access to Lisa's calendar so that you can pick the time most suitable for your schedule. There are available times during day time and evening time, as we want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to benefit from the 1:1 sessions.
