2. Services and Products

We offer:

- Membership programs (including community access, live coaching, and a business platform).

- Online courses and digital products.

- Group and 1:1 coaching.

3. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate.

Both business customers and private consumers are welcome. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you benefit from additional consumer rights described in these terms.

4. Prices, Payments & Subscriptions

Prices are listed in euros (€), Swedish kronor (SEK), or British pounds (£), depending on your location.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

If you subscribe to a membership, your payment will automatically renew on the agreed cycle (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of your paid period.

Taxes (including VAT, if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

We follow EU and UK consumer law:

14-Day Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. To exercise this right, please email us.

Digital Products and Online Courses: If you choose to access or download a digital product immediately, you agree that your right of withdrawal is waived.

Memberships: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period, a refund will be given (unless you have already accessed digital content). After 14 days, no refunds are offered, but you will not be charged further.

Coaching Sessions: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions may be charged in full.

6. Your Responsibilities

By purchasing or joining CEO at Heart Academy, you agree to:

- Use our content and community respectfully.

- Not share your login details or allow others to access your account.

- Not copy, redistribute, or resell our materials without permission.

- Follow community guidelines and engage respectfully with other members.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access if these terms are violated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Lisa Maria Coaching, including but not limited to videos, lessons, workbooks, templates, and community content, is owned by Lisa Padilla.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal and professional development. You may not resell, share, or distribute the content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our programs and coaching are for educational purposes only. They are not legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.

We cannot guarantee specific results or income — your success depends on your own actions and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
